Where they started
Good videos were getting lost. The creators uploaded often, but titles, tags and descriptions were guesswork, so search and suggested feeds rarely picked them up. Each channel needed a clear picture of what its audience searches for, and every upload set up to be found.
What we did together
- Researched the words each audience types into YouTube, then built titles, descriptions and tags around them
- Took video SEO scores in vidIQ from 0 to 99.1 out of 100
- Ranked the Anything Else? Podcast at number one for its own name and for argument gets heated
- Kept editors on track with deadlines, drafts and final approvals, then scheduled clips across social media
How it went
A new Shorts channel got 2,622,539 views in 7 days, with views, watch time and subscribers each up more than 900%. Teni Panosian's channel got 175,793 views in 28 days, 114% more than her usual, plus 1.9K new subscribers and $704.73 in revenue. The Anything Else? Podcast earned $1,404.42 from 6 uploads in two weeks. Kimchee Ricee grew from 373 to 12.2K subscribers in under 90 days, with a video ranked number one in search and full monetization.
